I offer psychodynamic therapy which aims to bring about greater awareness of how a person deals with their experiences in relation to themselves and others. Whilst in therapy, we would think about your current difficulties and how they may connect to earlier experiences in life informed by our work together.
Earlier experiences in life may contribute to difficulties in current life and personal situations. Such difficulties could include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, work-related issues and lack of fulfilment.
Some emotional difficulties and challenging situations can be too much for one person to cope with by themselves. The aim of therapy would be to work together to help you gain greater insight about your current situation and relationships, so that you may develop more awareness for the future. Gaining greater awareness can create new possibilities in life, a greater sense of fulfilment, and modify old perspectives.
