All therapy sessions are online via video call.  To begin the process, we would meet for an initial consultation of one or more meetings, during which we would discuss whether therapy might be helpful.

The cost of a consultation meeting or once-weekly therapy is £85.  Attending therapy more than once a week can reduce the session fee.  All sessions last 50 minutes.
